Crazy Love (2022) is one of those K-dramas that I really wish more people talked about. It aired in 2022, but somehow it feels like it never got the attention it deserved.

For me, this is one of my favorite romance dramas, and probably my favorite K-drama involving an amnesia storyline. It is also one of the funniest, craziest, and most unpredictable romances I’ve watched.

It has everything: romance, comedy, revenge, mystery, fake relationships, amnesia, workplace drama, emotional moments, and characters who seem to make the worst possible decisions at exactly the wrong time.

Mr. Queen is one of those K-dramas that completely surprised me. I started watching it without expecting too much, especially because historical Korean dramas are not usually the genre that keeps me interested for very long. Somehow, however, Mr. Queen managed to combine history, fantasy, romance, comedy, action, and political intrigue in a way that kept me watching until the very end.

I rarely finish a K-drama once it reaches the later episodes. If the story becomes repetitive or predictable, I usually lose interest. That was not the case with Mr. Queen. I watched all 20 episodes, and by the end, I understood why so many viewers consider this drama something special.

At first glance, My ID Is Gangnam Beauty looks like another college romance about a girl who transforms her appearance and finds love. In reality, it’s a thoughtful character-driven drama that explores self-worth, beauty standards, bullying, and the emotional scars left by years of judgment.

Rather than treating plastic surgery as either a miracle or a mistake, the series asks a much harder question: what happens after you change your face, but not the way you see yourself?

Fast & Feel Love (2022) Review: When Chasing Your Dream Costs You Time

The film is packed with references to movies like Parasite by Bong Joon Ho. The music, editing, and even some of the camera angles deliberately recreate one of Parasite’s most iconic scenes. Even the title and poster design parody Fast & Furious, turning it into Fast & Feel Love.

The entire movie is essentially a parody of Fast & Furious—its over-the-top heroics, constant speeches about family, and dramatic emotional beats. The ending is a direct visual and emotional homage to the final scene of Furious 7, where Dominic Toretto and Brian O’Conner drive off in different directions at a crossroads. Here, Kao and Jay part ways in much the same fashion. They still respect each other, but their lives are heading down different roads. It transforms what begins as a ridiculous comedy into something unexpectedly heartbreaking.
